Overview The Civil Engineer will support the delivery of civil engineering design solutions across projects, working closely with Project Managers and senior staff. The role involves technical design, client liaison, and contributing to the successful delivery of p rojects to programme, budget, and quality standards. The role supports progression towards professional qualification (IEng/CEng) through structured experience aligned with ICE attributes, including technical competence, responsibility, communication, lead ership, and professional commitment. Evidence to be provided at annual reviews. Understand your resource and strive to deliver a utilisation in excess of 85% (by completing timesheets on time to assist in the production of these figures) Ability to demonstrate project success. The Engineer should be competently able to report financial success on projects via a £/hour project statistic. Overview You will take responsibility for leading the design, planning, and delivery of civil engineering projects while providing technical guidance and support to junior team members. Overseeing construction, ensuring designs are safe, practical, cost projects from initial feasibility through to effective, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
