Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in one or more the following skills, we want to hear from you!

  • Background in electronics manufacturing, test engineering, or production environments.
  • Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent hands-on experience in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in electronic/electrical testing, calibration, or diagnostics.
  • Ability to fault-find and repair to component level using technical drawings and documentation.
  • Understanding of test equipment, measurement principles, and calibration processes.
  • Experience working with manual and/or automated test systems.
  • Exposure to product development lifecycle (design → test → production)
  • Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) or production processes
  • Ability to develop or follow test procedures, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Awareness of manufacturing processes, test strategies, or design for testability.
  • Comfortable using standard IT tools (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of quality, continuous improvement, or regulated environments (e.g. aerospace, defence, high-reliability manufacturing)
  • Experience with environmental testing or chambers
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
  • Awareness of Lean, Six Sigma, or statistical methods
  • Experience with CAD, simulation, or industrial engineering tools
  • NVQ Level 3 (completed apprenticeship or BTEC or ONC) qualifications.
