Our client, operating within the buildings sector, is currently seeking a Registered Building Inspector - Class 3H to join their team on a contract basis. This is a full-time position, covering BSR HRB work with a long-term contract on offer. This contract role is also Outside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough building inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Participating in BSR HRB work, providing expert insights and recommendations
- Preparing detailed inspection reports and documentation
- Identifying potential risks and advising on mitigation strategies
- Ensuring that all building control activities are completed competently and efficiently
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth project completion
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections and findings
- Attending relevant meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of building control processes
Job Requirements:
- Experience in building control
- Registered Class 3H Building Inspector qualification
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
