Key Responsibilities:
- Performing independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Assessing and auditing contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability to work under the management system
- Supporting the Compliance Monitoring Manager in ensuring organisational compliance with current regulatory requirements
- Investigating and determining root causes for non-compliance issues, and compiling reports for closure of findings issued by customers or the Competent Authority
- Providing professional advice related to compliance matters to the Compliance Department Team and staff
- Preparing and revising TPMs to ensure compliance with Part 145 and other relevant regulations
- Preparing and delivering continuation training to staff as part of the company's internal training programme, in agreement with the Compliance Monitoring Manager
Job Requirements:
- Experience in auditing within a CAA/EASA Part 145 or aviation environment
- Ability to effectively conduct both internal and external audits
- Confidence and professionalism in communication at all levels, fostering strong working relationships within the organisation
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong IT proficiency and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
- Highly organised, deadline-oriented, and a reliable team player
- Adherence to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
- Eligibility to obtain SC-level (Security Check) Clearance
