Our client, a leading company in the HR sector, is currently seeking a Regional Experienced Talent Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with senior leaders to understand their critical hiring needs
  • Managing the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring process rigour and efficiency
  • Developing and executing comprehensive search strategies with business leaders

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Progressive recruiting experience across various industries and functions
  • Experience sourcing independently and creatively, as well as partnering with a sourcer
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented with a strong work ethic and adaptability
  • Positive attitude, dedication to problem-solving, and high level of integrity
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, share responsibilities, and accept feedback
