We are looking for an experienced Highways Site Manager to join a highways project in Northamptonshire on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations on highways schemes
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and plant
- Maintaining site records and reporting progress
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering highways projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
- Strong understanding of highways construction and traffic management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Rate: £400/day PAYE Umbrella
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Northamptonshire
