Our client, a notable entity in the construction sector, is currently seeking a Quality Engineer for a contract position focused on highways projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout project delivery
- Conducting quality audits and inspections on highway construction activities
- Collaborating with project teams to address and resolve quality issues
- Documenting quality control measures and preparing compliance reports
- Providing guidance on quality requirements for major projects
- Ensuring adherence to HS2 regulations and standards
- Utilising Novade software for quality management and documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the project team
Job Requirements:
- Experience in quality engineering within the highways or rail sectors
- Familiarity with using Novade software in a project environment
- Understanding of HS2 regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects
- Background working with EKFB is ideal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
