Our client, a leading player in the energy and data centre sectors, is currently seeking a CSA Supervisor to join their team in Sweden.
This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on significant data centre projects, ensuring that Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) activities are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day Civil, Structural and Architectural site activities.
- Monitor subcontractor works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Support site QA/QC processes and maintain quality standards.
- Assist in coordinating site schedules in line with the project programme.
- Track subcontractor progress and provide daily and weekly reporting.
- Ensure all subcontractor and safety documentation is maintained and up to date.
- Attend site meetings, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to resolve coordination issues.
- Review drawings and setting-out information for accuracy and buildability.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
- Assist with CSA snagging activities and close-out processes.
- Report technical, safety or quality concerns to the Construction Manager or Package Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or trade qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Experience in a CSA site supervision role.
- Experience working across Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and site practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress effectively.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety requirements within construction environments.
- Experience in data centre, industrial or mission-critical projects would be advantageous.
