We're looking for a Senior Bridge Design Engineer with 4+ years' experience and either working towards Chartership or already Chartered (ICE/IStructE) to join our growing team.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of bridge and civil structures projects for Tier 1 contractors delivering National Highways schemes, private developers, and local authorities.
This role offers involvement throughout the full project lifecycle, including:
- Feasibility studies and options appraisals
- Preliminary design
- Detailed design
- Bridge assessments and refurbishment schemes
- Technical reporting and client liaison
- Project delivery and mentoring of junior engineers
About You
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 4 years' bridge design experience
- Nearly Chartered or Chartered (ICE/IStructE)
- Strong understanding of UK bridge design standards and Eurocodes
- Experience delivering projects from concept through detailed design
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
