Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the organisation's ICT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead digital transformation and technology improvement programmes
- Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure ICT policies, standards, and governance frameworks are effective and compliant
- Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ICT infrastructure
- Ensure high availability and performance of networks, servers, cloud platforms, telecommunications, and business systems
- Manage ICT service delivery against agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience planning
Job Requirements:
- Significant senior-level ICT management experience
- Experience developing and implementing ICT strategies
- Proficiency in managing infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and service delivery functions
- Experience leading teams and managing budgets
- Proven track record of delivering complex ICT projects and transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management principles
- Understanding of data protection and regulatory compliance requirements
