Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver efficient recruitment solutions
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Utilising various sourcing techniques to attract top talent within the retail sector
- Conducting initial candidate screenings and coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends within the FMCG industry
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting the HR team with various recruitment-related activities as needed
Job Requirements:
- Experience in resourcing or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
