Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient processes within the Defence & Security domain.
- Collaborating with a team of 7-10 engineers to optimise operational performance.
- Ensuring all processes comply with industry standards and security requirements.
- Conducting thorough analysis and process mapping to identify areas of improvement.
- Implementing process changes and monitoring their effectiveness over time.
- Providing technical support and expertise to various engineering projects.
- Documenting and reporting on process performance and improvement suggestions.
- Working both on-site (3 days per week) and remotely (1 day per week) as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably within Defence & Security.
- Strong understanding of process development, implementation, and optimisation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and technical documentation skills.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Glascoed three days a week, with one day from home.
