Senior Parking Engineer
The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality civil enforcement across the County of Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of new parking restrictions, including Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs), helping to maximise the on-street parking network for the benefit of residents, local communities and the travelling public.
The role will also involve supporting projects for the introduction of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) enforcement sites, working alongside colleagues on the design and implementation of appropriate traffic signs to enable robust and effective enforcement.

Key Responsibilities
·Develop and implement new parking restrictions, including CPZs.
·Deliver ANPR enforcement projects and associated traffic signing.
·Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement traffic signs and road markings.
·Ensure compliance with all relevant parking legislation, local authority policies and procedures.
·Raise any concerns relating to legislative or policy compliance where appropriate.
·Support the delivery of effective civil parking enforcement across Oxfordshire

Working hours:

  • 37 hours a week min
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekly Pay
  • Inside IR35 Via umbrella
  • Hybrid work
