What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Laminator, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning the techniques and processes involved in producing high-quality marine components. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation and application of laminates on marine products
- Following technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Helping to ensure finished products meet quality and industry standards
- Safely handling and storing laminating materials
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Learning industry best practices and health & safety procedures
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings
- Supporting skilled laminators with day-to-day production activities

Ideally, you'll have:
- A basic understanding of laminating processes or similar hands-on manufacturing work (although full training is provided)
