Our client, a renowned tier 2 contractor in the water sector, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their team on a long-term contract in Worcester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily site operations in the water sector
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervising and coordinating blue-collar workers
- Managing the site schedule and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Conducting site inspections and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintaining accurate records of site activities
- Providing strong leadership and direction to the team
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role within the water sector
- CSCS (Gold) card
- SSSTS certification
- First Aid certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
