The Opportunity


Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced M365 Copilot Lead to provide strategic leadership and delivery oversight for a Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent project.
This is a key role responsible for setting the direction, governance, and successful execution of the engagement. Working closely with senior business stakeholders and technology teams, you will ensure the project delivers measurable value while supporting the firm's wider AI and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall delivery of the M365 Copilot Agent project.
  • Define the project vision, roadmap, governance framework, and success criteria.
  • Provide strategic direction across business and technical workstreams.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to align requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Oversee implementation, testing, adoption, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and governance standards are adhered to within a legal environment.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Champion best practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Advise on future opportunities to maximise value from Microsoft AI technologies.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience leading Microsoft 365 Copilot or enterprise AI transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
  • Experience with Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio, or related Microsoft AI solutions.
  • Strong programme and project leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering projects with robust governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience within a law firm or professional services organisation.
  • Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, or Copilot technologies.
  • Experience driving user adoption, change management, and training initiatives.
  • Understanding of legal document management and knowledge management environments.
