General Operative

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team on a water infrastructure project in Aylesbury.

Working alongside an established site team, you will provide general support across a range of civil engineering and utility works. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction site experience who is willing to get stuck in and assist with day-to-day operations to keep the project moving forward.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Previous experience working on construction, civils, utilities, or water projects.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.

Desirable

• EUSR Water Hygiene Card.
• Experience working on water or utility projects.
• Banksman/Slinger, Dumper, or Roller tickets.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
