Are you hands-on, practical, and looking for an opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're recruiting Production Team Members to join a growing team in Shoreham-by-Sea, supporting the assembly and production of high-quality engineered products.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in producing quality work, and are keen to develop their manufacturing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately
- Carry out assembly and production activities to required quality standards
- Meet productivity targets and cycle times
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping
- Complete daily 5S and preventative maintenance activities
- Work flexibly across multiple production areas as required
- Identify and report equipment or component issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental procedures
What We're Looking For
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Comfortable carrying out manual and repetitive production tasks
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or engineering experience would be advantageous
- Own transport is beneficial
- Ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern
