Our client is seeking two Production Operatives / Machine Operators to join their busy production facility.

The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating high-speed production machinery to complete small batch manufacturing runs, supporting the research and development of tobacco-based products. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be required to accurately complete production documentation and thoroughly clean machinery between runs to maintain product integrity and prevent contamination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate fast-moving production machinery
  • Carry out small batch production runs to specification
  • Complete all production paperwork accurately and legibly
  • Perform thorough machine cleaning and changeovers between runs
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, or machine operating environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation to a high standard
  • Quality inspection experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team

What's on Offer:

  • Initial contract running until the end of 2026, with the potential for extension
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
  • No weekend working

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay Rate:
£14.73 per hour
