Our client, a prominent entity in the IT sector, is currently seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials ERP Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is central to a large-scale, global finance transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and leading the global programme team, including defining resource requirements across participating entities.
- Implementing governance, controls, and reporting structures at both global and local levels.
- Leading global solution design and development, driving convergence of finance processes and systems across diverse entity landscapes.
- Overseeing local configuration and implementation across all entities, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the global design.
- Developing and managing the integrated global programme plan, budget, benefits realisation, and key dependencies.
- Partnering with Directors across Technology, Finance, Transformation, and other key functions to deliver the change.
- Ensuring the Oracle configuration represents a genuine global standard while managing complexity arising from different system landscapes and operating models.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale, global technology transformation programmes.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials ERP systems.
- Exceptional programme management skills, including budget management and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage a global team and navigate a highly complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience in leading global solution design and development.
- Strong governance and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
- Effective planning and reporting capabilities.
