Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing test plans and test cases for defence and security systems
- Performing both manual and automated testing to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability
- Analysing test results and reporting any defects or issues found during the testing process
- Collaborating with development teams to understand system requirements and design appropriate testing strategies
- Maintaining and updating testing documentation and records
- Participating in test reviews and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Assisting in the setup and configuration of test environments
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Job Requirements:
- Experience in testing within the Defence & Security sector
- Proficiency in test engineering methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
- Understanding of both manual and automated testing techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant engineering or technical degree, or equivalent experience
