A leading design-led, luxury interiors brand is looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join their London team.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketer who can own the full marketing strategy and execution across brand, content, PR, events and lead generation - helping shape how the brand is seen, experienced and talked about as it continues to grow in the super-prime space.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned to growth targets
- Define and reach target audiences through multi-channel marketing that drives engagement and enquiries
- Own brand positioning, visual identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints
- Create and manage a content strategy across digital and print
- Run social media end-to-end: planning, creation, scheduling, posting and community engagement
- Produce high-quality content for website, newsletters, ads, catalogues and brochures
- Organise and manage photo and video shoots to build an on-brand content library
- Oversee the website, ensuring content is current, visually strong and optimised for lead generation (SEO, analytics)
- Plan, execute and measure digital and print advertising to improve lead quality and conversion
- Build PR and partnership activity with media, journalists, suppliers, designers and relevant influencers
- Plan and coordinate events and showroom activity to increase visibility and client engagement
- Work closely with design and sales teams to bring projects, people and the brand story to life
Key skills and experience required:
- 3-5+ years' marketing experience, ideally within a premium or luxury brand
- Strong strategic capability, with confidence delivering hands-on creative execution
- Experience across social media, digital marketing and content creation
- Website management experience with solid understanding of SEO and analytics
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders at pace
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to improve lead generation and performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for brand and quality
- PR, media relations and partnership experience highly desirable
- Experience managing advertising budgets and measuring campaign performance
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics (or similar) is beneficial
- Genuine interest in design, interiors, architecture and lifestyle trends
