Our client, a leading company in the water sector, is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major Tunnelling and Shaft Sinking project based in Wendover. This is a contract position with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising tunnelling and shaft sinking operations
- Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
- Coordinating with subcontractors to maintain project programme and delivery
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Maintaining accurate site records and reports
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
- Handling site resourcing and logistics efficiently
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience on tunnelling and/or shaft sinking projects
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Valid First Aid qualification
- EKFB HS2 Induction required
- Strong site management and delivery experience
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain programme, quality, and safety standards
