An ambitious and growing consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate / Principal Civil Infrastructure Engineer to take a leading role within the business. This position offers a varied workload across a broad range of development and infrastructure projects, with involvement in both technical delivery and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects across varying scales and sectors.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, supporting their professional development.
- Take responsibility for key client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business growth through effective project delivery and client management.
- Monitor and achieve team and project KPIs.
- Support Directors with strategic planning, resource management, and business development initiatives.
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across project outputs.
Requirements
- Significant UK civil engineering design experience within a consultancy environment.
- Experience delivering a variety of projects with differing scales, complexity, and sectors.
- Proven management experience, including team leadership, staff development, and performance management.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience managing key accounts.
- Chartered Engineer status preferred:
- CEng MICE, CMIHT, or equivalent.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project performance metrics.
Technical Skills
- Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Autodesk InfoDrainage (Inflow).
- Causeway Flow.
- Autodesk AutoCAD (advanced/expert level).
- Microsoft Outlook.
- Mail Manager.
