Our client is seeking two Senior Quantity Surveyors to support a major civils and waste infrastructure project in London.
Project Overview:
The project involves the reconfiguration and full enclosure of an active waste transfer facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial and quantity surveying activities across civils, infrastructure and waste-related packages.
- Preparing, monitoring and maintaining cost plans, forecasts, valuations and financial reports.
- Managing procurement, tender documentation, contract administration and commercial negotiations.
- Assessing variations, compensation events, change control and contractual entitlements.
- Monitoring project costs, risks, commitments and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reviewing applications for payment, final accounts and subcontractor accounts.
- Working closely with project managers, commercial teams, designers, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Providing accurate commercial advice to support successful project delivery.
