Our client, a leading organisation within the veterinary sector, is seeking a Leadership Development Programme Manager on a contract basis. This role will oversee the design, coordination and delivery of leadership development initiatives, supporting the growth of managers and future leaders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the planning and delivery of leadership development programmes
- Coordinating programme schedules, learning materials, workshops and stakeholder communications
- Working with senior leaders, managers and subject matter experts to identify development needs
- Supporting the delivery of engaging learning and development sessions
- Monitoring programme progress, participation and effectiveness
- Gathering feedback and using insights to improve leadership initiatives
- Maintaining accurate programme documentation and reports
- Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation
Job Requirements:
- Experience in leadership development, learning and development or programme management
- Strong understanding of leadership training and professional development principles
- Excellent organisation and project coordination skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet programme deadlines
- Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and digital learning or collaboration platforms
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
