Endpoint Engineer (Intune, Autopilot & Entra ID) | SC Cleared
Location: Reading (Onsite Monday-Friday)

Rate: Up to £635 per day (Inside IR35/Umbrella)
Security Clearance: You must hold active SC Clearance

We're seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to support a major endpoint deployment and support programme for Edgewing. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on laptop build, deployment, endpoint management, and advanced troubleshooting within a highly secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the build, configuration, and rollout of laptop devices.
- Manage and support endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Provide 3rd Line (L3) support for endpoint-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device, authentication, and configuration problems.
- Support device provisioning, enrolment, compliance, and lifecycle management activities.
- Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Active SC Clearance.
- Strong commercial experience with:
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Autopilot
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience supporting large-scale laptop deployment and refresh projects.
- Strong L3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in endpoint engineering, with 5+ years desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in secure, customer-facing environments.
