Introduction

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join a Highways, Structures, Street Lighting and Drainage team on a permanent bases.

The Job

The Role

- Working with the Structures, Street Lighting and Drainage teams
- Carry out the preparation, design, planning, programming, and ordering of capital works and services
- Undertake and assist with the production of technical drawings using specialist CAD software
- Assist with the use of systems and data for collating and reporting relevant performance and management information

About you

- BTEC or Diploma in the relevant field
- Experience in a Highways role is desirable
- Understanding in the use of AutoCad
- Knowledge and application of budgetary management and control measures
- An understanding of the NEC3 form of contract and its application within Highways Works is desirable
