PTS Civils Supervisor

We are looking for a PTS trained civils site supervisor to work a long term rail contract in Wales. The work is for a well know railway contractor who has a key project to join and become a vital part of the construction team. The role offers a long term, outside IR35 role with good rate of pay. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a previous background in delivering key rail projects and be able to bring a good work ethic to the high performing site team. AS the supervisor you will need to be to demonstrate the following expertise:

* Ability to supervise the construction of compounds
* Previous experience of concrete foundations and piling
* Installation of foundations for LOC bases, troughing routes, walkways etc

As the supervisor you will be responsible for:
* Managing day to day running of the work force
* Liaise with the construction manager with regards to progress
* Be involved in requirements for labour and plant
* Drive Health and Safety standards to ensure the works are delivered safely.
