Work closely with the Sales leadership team to ensure profit is maximised through lean process improvement and management. Reports to: Sales Coach Manager * Manage, prioritise, speed up all comms between sales people, sales leaders and wider business * Responsible for all Sales Compliance KPIs * Proactively review sales data and liaise with sales managers to tactically lift profit * Monitor sales teams effective use of process - feedback daily * Work with Ops and CS to streamline processes and improve quality * Review Sales Compliance Processes and restructure to improve sales performance * Supporting the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets based on delivered revenues and profit of course * Delivering relevant information daily to Sales Coaches to drive sales growth and behaviours * Support Sales Coaches with project management and documentation of the logistical side of the graduate scheme * Driving Strategic Projects in line with local team and global initiatives Tasks: * General leadership of small team of inside sales people focusing on over achieving business revenue and profit targets * Responsible for Lead Speed and Lead Depth targets through AMs * Enable Sales Coaches to drive sales into the nearest courses to improving delegate numbers across the schedule * Call Audit and monitoring / communicating sales quality through BSC * New leads conversions metrics- whats selling whats not and why? * Cancellation and reschedules, customer feedback. * Reallocations * All calendar work. bookings/ training/ 121's * Boards screenIshots end of week sales auditing * 2099s drive * Cascade and Jira ownership * Chaser Spark own and run with tight deadlines and follow up * Big deals tracking * ESI Admin * Big deals tracking * Identifying possible apps/commercial collaborations * Cancelled courses from previous months/year analysis * Management of sprint leads * Lead Depth audit * Alumnis analysis (why the ones from previous months/ year coming back? what are stats on Alumni returns) * Developing the potential of the team and team members * In the moment feedback for sales and process through coaching managers * Feedback to SCs to take to 121s with all team members * Weekly 121 Sales and process Coaching of all staff with feedback objective setting * Monitor quality of sales records in CRM system * Strategic Business Focus * Executing project based activities that improve reporting (ie conversion rates analysis) * Generally undertake other duties as appropriate at the direction of the UK Sales Director as reasonably requested.
