Engineering Process Capability and Knowledge Management Lead

The Job

Role description:

To ensure the effectiveness of the Engineering function by leading the development of a Total Performance process culture.

This includes the following key elements:

  • Embedding Continuous Improvement
  • Sharing good practice
  • Active knowledge sharing
  • Management of the process area
  • Leadership of continuous process improvement activities
  • Leadership of the Own It, Train It, Work It! Initiative
  • Robust roll-out of communications and associated training
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, good practice and knowledge sharing

Major Tasks and Activities:

  • BMS consolidation across the Company
  • Removal of redundant or duplication of BMS documentation across the Company
  • Identification of Process Owners
  • Coordination of Engineering Process activities across the Company
  • Drive Process Efficiency into the Engineering BMS. - Own It, Train It, Work It coordination

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Act in accordance with the Companies Code of Conduct.

Mobility:

This role requires the need for UK travel

Clearance Requirements & Eligibility:

Security SC Only No ITAR (start on BPSS)

This role will require you to hold or be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC). You will need to obtain a Criminal Record Check and you must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship and have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum 5 year period.
