Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Administration of the Asite Enterprise CDE; supporting in the configuration and setup of project CDE's including invitations / access arrangements, troubleshooting of any administrative and / or QA related problems with the platform
• Provide technical and functional support to Asite platform users
• Assist with CDE onboarding and training for Asite users
• Help disseminate CDE training materials including quick reference guides, video tutorials, training processes, training environments and data
• Liaise with the regional Super Users to manage platform use
• Management of issues, improvement requests from across the business unit
• Liaise with Digital Team to manage user issues, improvement requests Assist in CDE and business process governance
• Support in digitising business processes within the Asite platform
• Support with the development of reports in the platform
• Support the testing of new modules/capabilities with Asite and project teams
• Inputting personnel data onto the site security system DataScope.

Must be proficient in using Asite and have document control construction experience. An understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 compliance is desirable.

Ideally experience of using Gliderbim.

TBC which project will be allocated but will need to be able to travel around the Greater London region as well as able to commute to SW6 1UE.

Pay rate- c. £18 PAYE
