Job description

The Test Automation Engineer will bring established experience in manual and automated software testing, and a developed knowledge of the full SDLC.

 

Joining a multidisciplinary team, the Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for test management within an agile & CI/CD environment, alongside devising test strategies and putting forward business cases for investment into automated testing where required.

 

You'll be an authority on automated testing within your immediate team, responsible for providing estimates on workload and translating user stories into test strategies.

 

You'll join a progressive tech community, building on your skills and knowledge and sharing your talents to improve best practices across the team.

 

Key requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in automated and manual testing
• Experience with Selenium within Java environment
• Knowledge of agile practices, able to participate fluently within stand-ups
• Experience with test management (QC / Xray) and code management (TFS / Git) tools
• Experience with collaborative tools (e.g. Jira, SharePoint, Confluence)
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner)

 

 

This role is on site 1 day per month for team & product meetings.
