Commercial Bundle Pricing Lead
Job Summary:
The Commercial Bundle Lead will oversee the pricing and costing activities in the development of proposals for predefined scopes of work and associated schedules. These bundle prices potentially may exceed up to $2B will consist of multiple technology disciplines such as civil construction and electrical and mechanical systems from design through testing and commissioning of the completed works for the commuter rail transportation industry. Reports to the CFO of the company.
Oversight Responsibilities:
- Participate in the proposal planning and logistics for Bundled scopes of work
- Challenge, coach and guide various disciplines, Civil, E&M Systems and O&M teams during the proposal preparation process
- Look for and raise costing and pricing inconsistencies between the disciplines
- Bring structure, format, and presentation alignment for consistency to the final proposal
- Be engaged in the proposal presentation process to the client
Specific Skills and Experience Required:
- Large multi discipline and systems proposal costing and pricing
- Finance and commercial entrepreneurial experience
- Large Project based infrastructure business experience
- Railway or other public transportation experience
- Business development with large proposal management experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the above activities and responsibilities

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or similar degree - MBA a plus
- Understanding of complex proposal management and procurement strategies and delivery.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and professional work ethic, leads by example, motivating project teams
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
