We are looking for a Fabricator who Possess a strong team ethos in your work and always willing to provide support to co-workers at our Eaton Aerospace site in Redditch
Job description
The position is responsible for leading the fabrication within the department, Supporting the Welder day-to-day with preparation of parts for welding.
About You:
- You will be able to understand technical information and drawings
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- The proven ability to fabricate to tight tolerances +/- 0.5mm
- Ability to measure components with aids for conformance to drawing/fixtures
- Ability to collect data and populate documents for quality purposes
- Have an understanding of bending/forming of tubes to fit fixtures
- Be self - motivated with excellent communication skills
- Willing to continue to develop and learn
- Be comfortable with lifting/ forming of tubes)
