Salary and Benefits | £ P/Hr, + 12% Shift Premium |
Responsibility and Duties
- Understand and accurately follow standard operating procedures
- Completion of build operations to the required quality standard
- Completion of build cycles within the proscribed TAKT time
- Maintain productivity, safety and quality standards during build operations
- Work to achieve a good standard of competency and attain full knowledge of production processes
- Complete daily TPM and 5S activities as required
- Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and Environmental policies
- Present a clean and tidy appearance in the workplace, wear and maintain the kit provided
- Be punctual for the start of shift and strictly adhere to the proscribed break times
- Notify Management immediately of any component or equipment defect
- Participate in rotation through multiple workstations and areas being flexible in response to operational requirements
- Report snags and positively contribute towards operational improvements using the correct processes
Skills and Experience
- GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English combined with basic PC skills
- Must be driven, enthusiastic and capable of working in a team environment
- Must be physically capable of performing manual activities working on shift
- Experience in a manual production techniques and repetitive cycle processes an advantage
- Access to personal transport
- The ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern
Double Day Shifts: Earlies 06:00-14:15 (M-F) | Lates 14:30-22:45 | 45 min. break | 37.5 hours per week
