Plant Coordinator - Ashton Vale, Bristol

Job description

• Regularly monitor asset stocks and ensure that all non-essential hire costs are reduced.
• Control new engineer equipment issue & Leavers returned equipment.
• Liaise with Regional Supervisors to Ensure all Assets are kept in a safe and legal condition to maintain compliance
• Meet regularly with the relevant stakeholders to ensure all targets are met and cost reductions are actively sought.
• Ensure that our assets and equipment are maintained and tracked across the business, conducting safety inspections and auditing equipment.
• Analysis of invoicing and in house systems to identify and rectify incorrect costings.
• Periodical maintenance of in-house database and systems to ensure correct information retained and validation against external sources.
• Take on new assignments and provide assistance to the other regions as business needs dictate, is reasonably practical.

No two days can be the same, a level of flexibility and ownership will be required to allow you to respond and react to changing business needs.

Experience required
* Good communication skills - be able to confidently conversate at all levels.
* Good technology skills, Excel is a must have skill.
* Highly analytical.
* Excellent attention to detail.

£12.50/hour - PAYE or £15.65/hour Umbrella

7am to 4pm, Mon-Fri
