BIM Manager

Our client, a leading company in the Rail industry, is seeking a BIM Manager to join their team. As a BIM Manager, you will play a key role in managing the implementation and coordination of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of BIM processes across projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful BIM implementation
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines
• Provide BIM training and support to project teams
• Review and assess BIM models for accuracy and adherence to standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows
• Ensure compliance with BIM protocols and project requirements

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in BIM management
• Proficiency in BIM software, specifically Navisworks
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and methodologies
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to review and assess BIM models
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and guidelines
