Introduction


Our client, a leading consultancy in the Highways and Transportation Planning (HTP) industry, is seeking an experienced Associate Engineer to join their team. As an Associate Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering infrastructure projects and contributing to the growth and success of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise and solutions for infrastructure projects within the HTP sector.
  • Lead and manage the design and implementation of transportation and highway projects.
  • Develop and utilize best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and health and safety procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Significant experience in infrastructure design and engineering within the Highways and Transportation Planning field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant software and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound engineering decisions.
  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
