Quality Control Team Leader - The Role:

As the Quality Control Team Leader, you'll take charge of supervising and coordinating all Inspectors within your team. Your responsibilities will include task allocation, ensuring clarity on daily activities, and providing coaching and support to enhance team performance. You'll oversee staff selection, development, and training processes to align team competencies with business objectives. With a keen eye on quality, you'll ensure that components are inspected using precise techniques to meet department standards. Flexibility is key as you'll be adjusting work schedules to address scheduling and inspection quality issues swiftly.

Quality Control Team Leader - The Person:

We're seeking a natural leader with a proven track record of fostering cohesive teams in high-pressure environments. An extensive engineering background is essential, along with proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and technical specifications. Your adeptness with current measurement technology will be crucial in driving quality control processes. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, maintains focus and objectivity, and consistently meets tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
