Introduction

Our client, a leading technology firm in the financial sector, is currently seeking an Actimize IFM Support Engineer to join their Economic Crime Technology team. As an Actimize Engineer, you will play a crucial role in integrated fraud management, providing production support, and assisting with various engineering tasks. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

• Experience in IT support
• Hands-on experience with Actimize IFM application (minimum 2-3 years)

Responsibilities

• Provide production support during normal working hours and be available on call for off-hours
• Design and code rules and rulesets for Actimize IFM application
• Prepare alert workflows and routing policies
• Develop and conduct tests on Actimize IFM platform components
• Set up Actimize DEV testing environments
• Document implementation and troubleshooting steps

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site at the client's office in Swindon. The contract includes holiday pay of 33 days. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team.
