I am looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Node.JS) on a 3 month contract, Outside IR35.

Job description
● Lead a fixed term 3 month project from architectural design, through to implementation and delivery.
● Work alongside Product, Quant Research, DevOps and other teams to design & build enterprise grade features
● Set standards for code quality, testing and enterprise grade architecture, as well as the championing of documentation.
● Own & take responsibility for the project's performance, resilience and availability.
● Keep up to date with new and developing technologies; championing and incorporating where appropriate
● Be aware of and monitor cost implications of tools, services and product implementations
● A minimum of 4+ years experience in Software Engineering
● Exceptional understanding of Javascript / Typescript
● Solid understanding of NestJS, Express or similar NodeJS backend frameworks
● Cloud Architecture & System Design (preferably AWS)
● Experience with microservices / distributed systems
● Experience with test frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha, etc.)
