Our client, a leading player in the marine industry, is currently seeking a Trainee Laminator to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in composites and a strong desire to develop their skills and knowledge within the marine sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of materials for lamination
• Learning and applying proper lamination techniques
• Assisting with the production of high-quality composite components
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
• Taking part in ongoing training and development activities
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in composite laminating is desirable but not essential
• A genuine interest in composites and the marine industry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
