We are currently looking for a Imaging Manager to work for a leading private healthcare provider based in Hertfordshire
Our client is currently recruiting for an Imaging Manager or a Senior Radiographer looking to step into a management position.
Our client has a state of the art 70 bedded Hospital with 6 High Specification Surgical Theatres and 20 Outpatient Consulting rooms; we also have a minor procedure suite for day case and out-patient surgery. Our Imaging Department is across two sites with MRIs scanners, CT scanner mobile PET CT, DEXA scanners, ultrasound and mammography service. We are also proud of our Macmillan Quality Environment Mark (MQEM) accredited dedicated cancer centre which provides chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Imaging Manager is responsible in leading the Imaging department against key performance indicators, ensuring the efficient running of the department and to ensure that Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice.
You will also develop the marketing of the imaging service and deliver against targets. This will include responsibility for attracting Consultants to the service and ensure all audits/reviews of the departments and their performance are undertaken and implement action plans in response to findings.
Who we are looking for:
You will have a Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography and be registered with the HCPC. Have previous experience of Managing an Imaging department OR working within a senior position and looking to step up into a management position. Have mentoring/leadership skills and have extensive experience in Clinical Governance
