My Client are recruiting for a Commissioning Engineer within the Water Sector
Based from home traveling to sites mainly in the Midlands, occasionally other sites.
As a Commissioning Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking commissioning, installation, process audits and technical support on a wide range of Water Sector Products and Solutions. Working under own initiative with minimal supervision to provide customers with a high-quality service, the work will encompass installation, commissioning, inspections, training, fault finding and providing recommendations to external customers and internal colleagues.
Primarily responsible for the commissioning, servicing and process auditing of company equipment/systems but may also be extended to include the supervision of installation works and management of others including sub-contractors. The range of products will encompass Products and solutions for Clean and Waste water products.
Skills and Experience:
- Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering qualification HNC/NVQ/Degree
- Commissioning Experience ideally within the Water Industry
- Driving license
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations with periods of time being spent away from home (typically away weekly with variable nights dependent upon business needs). Able to travel and work abroad for short periods of time when opportunities arise.
