We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals at entry level to develop skills in roles primarily engaged in transactional activities working under supervision in a variety of Logistics specialisms.

The Job

To be successful in these roles, you will ensure that a high-quality service is delivered, and this will be demonstrated through your ability to collaborate with others to deliver a positive outcome. Having a good eye for detail and dealing with the management of data will play a vital part of these posts.


We are recruiting for positions within one of two specialisms that your skills and attributes may be suited to; these are:

Supply Chain Management Providing our customers with the equipment they require by liaising with stakeholders, optimising item availability and maintaining accurate records.

Key activities may include:

* Managing and processing orders

* Monitoring and hastening deliveries

* Monitoring repair requirements

* Maintaining financial data

* Disposal transactional processes

Logistics Support Ensuring provision of safe, efficient and effective through life support for military equipment and capability by assisting with the management and coordination of support solution development, implementation and delivery.

Key activities may include:

* Provision of support to iLog Operations Management and Through Life Support specialists

* Provision of support for monitoring In-Service support performance (product and delivery)

* Customer/stakeholder engagement

* Ensuring policy and process compliance

As these areas will be taken into consideration when selecting applicants for interview, it is recommended that you clearly highlight relevant experience within your CV along with examples of your Key Achievements.

It is essential that you hold 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications, or have recent previous working experience in a civil service clerical position. Ideally you will have experience working in a logistics/asset management environment, have IT proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and be a good communicator both verbally and in writing. As an individual, you will have a flexible attitude and be conscientious in your work with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

The positions are both challenging and exciting for those looking to learn and develop their skills and successful applicants will be required to undertake an extensive training and development program. Please be aware that some of these roles may require Developed Vetting (DV) clearance and/or the need to be a Sole UK National.
