Introduction

My client based in the South East is looking to take on three interims to handle predominantly major applications for an initial three month period. To be worked solely from home in the first instance.

The Job

My client based in the South East is looking to take on three interims working on major applications and strategic sites work. Initially working fully from home, then, in line with government advice, increased office presence as lock-down lifts.

Team Leader/Manager

- Take on a caseload of the most complex major cases, including strategic sites

- Sign off on the work of the team

- Manage and mentor team members

- MRTPI essential

- Strong background in mainly LPA Development Management work

- £45-£60/h

Principal Planner

- Take on a caseload of the most complex major cases, including strategic sites

- MRTPI essential

- Strong experience in mainly LPA Development Management work

- £40-£46/h

Senior Planner

- Handle smaller major applications and where required complex minors

- MRTPI preferred, but not essential

- Strong experience in Planning, preferred LPA background

- £35-£40/h

All roles will be for an initial period of three months, but will likely extend.

The rates detailed are a guide and the client will assess the availability of candidates and their required rates as they receive CV's.
