Project Manager - Design and Build

Work from home for duration of contract but also needs to commute to certain sites (Oxford / Birmingham).

£40 - £50 per hour - Inside IR35

Are you a Project Manager in the Construction Industry?

Have you got a background from one of the following sectors: Architecture, Civil, Structural or Building Services?

Can you deliver state of the art projects on time, to agreed quality and at agreed cost?

Our client is looking for a Project Manager that has worked on multiple construction / infrastructure projects at one time. Projects will vary from £1m to £20 million and consist of industrial projects, manufacturing projects, engine plants, assembly plants, pressing plants, office fit outs and commercial show rooms.

The Project Manager's main task is to ensure project delivery is achieved at the highest levels of quality using approved systems, processes, tools and methods during the planning, realisation and handover phases. This is NOT a hands on site role, the successful Project Manager will be working with internal and external stakeholders daily, working on multiple projects from inception to completion, putting teams together from architects, engineers to, working with procurement, compliance, legal and planning.
