Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing purchasing and management of purchase orders
- Managing payment of invoices and ensuring timely processing
- Performing income reconciliation, including cash and electronic payment channels
- Handling third-party invoicing efficiently
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Generating detailed reports and analysis
- Setting and reviewing tariffs and prices
- Administering systems on relevant IT platforms
- Managing contracts associated with parking services
- Developing strategy and policy documents to guide the service
Job Requirements:
- Experience in parking operations and management
- Strong understanding of business support functions
- Proficiency in handling purchasing, payment processing, and invoicing
- Expertise in income reconciliation and financial reporting
- Able to administer IT systems and related software
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in strategy and policy development
