Job description
Our client is currently seeking an Estate Management Surveyor for a contract position. This role is critical in managing and overseeing their property portfolio to ensure efficient and effective estate management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining a diverse property portfolio
- Conducting regular inspections and assessments of properties
- Developing and implementing estate management strategies
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for property improvements
- Negotiating leases, renewals, and rent reviews
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Managing budgets and financial planning for estate management activities
Job Requirements:
- Experience in estate management
- Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Proficiency in preparing and analysing detailed reports
